Panda Propaganda Toys (aka Bacee) has been making bootleg toys for the past four years, specializing in funky, over-the-top pop culture mashups. They usually feature double headed figures joined on a single body of oppositional or complimentary characters stuck together on an overly buff wrestler or motu body. The figures are made from resin and are hand-cast and painted with custom-carded bubble packaging or header cards. Most of the characters referenced in his pieces are from his childhood days watching Saturday morning cartoons of the late ’80s and early ’90s. IG @pandapropagandatoys
