Lazarus Toys (aka Sean Sanford) is a kit-basher, painter and designer of “toy art” taking old “dead” action figures and reimagining them into something born anew. This piece, “Sleezo’s Cloud Castle,” is a tribute to my favorite Berenstain Bears book, “The Berenstain Bears and the Bad Dream.” As a kid reading this I was always hoping they would make Space Grizzlies Toys based on the action figures in the book.
