Jason Holley is Texas born artist, educator and musician living in Los Angeles. His illustration career spans 25 years and he is widely recognized for his influence and contribution to the field. His artworks are made up of images painted on paper, cut out and collaged together. When a client returns an illustration to him he often peels his favorite images back off of it to re-use in personal work or other illustrations. For this reason, most of his illustrations survive only in reproduction. He also sings and plays multiple instruments and non-instruments in the post apocalyptic, thrash ukulele band. Ukefink. He has been a member of the faculty at Art Center College of Design since 1997.
